BB Capital LLC, an affiliate of the Becker Organization based in Montclair, acquired the three-building office complex from JAMAG Inc.

The transaction was completed in partnership with HUD and the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency, and financed with Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) arranged in partnership with PNC Bank, with additional financing provided by Citibank.

The number of U.S. Small Business Administration-backed loans to New Jersey businesses rose 13 percent in the first half of the fiscal year, while dollar volume rose 48 percent, despite an end to federal SBA incentives that fueled lending in the past.
