Suresh Krishnan will take on the role of chief operating officer for ESIS, the company's third-part administrator, while Lauren Gillette was named his successor as executive vice president and head of North America Accident & Health.

Current President John Alfieri will retire from the Whitehouse Station-based company this summer after 20 yeas with the insurance provider with Paul Johnstone set to assume the position.

Current Executive Vice President, Personal Risk Services Paul Johnstone was elevated to COO, while current Senior Vice President and Assistant Region Manager for Chubb Canada Personal Risk Services Melanie Wilcox will succeed Johnstone.
