Members of Prism Capital Partners' development team, Dunellen Borough officials and other stakeholders celebrate the frame-out of Dunellen Station’s first building on Sept. 30, 2021.

The milestone celebration coincides with the frame-out of the first building of  the multifamily-and-retail redevelopment  coming to the city's former Art Color industrial facility.

The former Art Color industrial facility is the site of the soon-to-be transit-oriented, multifamily/retail community that will feature downtown living in Middlesex County.
