The move for the Edison-based company means 46,000 square feet of additional space, and the ability to create more than 125 jobs in the Pittsburgh area.

Longtime financial executive John Tedone will oversee the accounting, tax and SEC reporting functions at the Edison-based energy company.

Randall "Randy" Gonzales will lead the clean energy company's finance organization and financial activities, including accounting and controllership, financial planning and analysis, tax, investor relations and treasury.

The funds are expected to enhance manufacturing operations and further scale production.
