Home buyers in Fair Lawn – and the entire Garden State, in fact – now have a new mortgage brokerage option.

Motto Mortgage Sunrise announced its opening May 19 and said it is serving all markets in New Jersey.

The office, located at 14-25 Plaza Road, Suite N2-1, was established by Daniel DeMola, who also serves as the mortgage loan originator for the office. DeMola has more than 10 years’ experience in the personal lines insurance and service industry.

“Motto Mortgage Sunrise offers an alternative to the traditional/retail mortgage bankers currently operating in New Jersey,” DeMola said in a statement. “We provide the scope, scale and support of a large retail lender, while offering the flexibility, personal relationship, and exceptional service of a local mortgage broker.”

According to his LinkedIn profile, DeMola was a partner at Paladin Insurance Agency, owner of Richardi-DeMola Insurance Agency, and a sales and customer service rep with Liberty Mutual Insurance. He received his bachelor’s degree from East Carolina University.

Motto Mortgage LLC is a national franchise mortgage brokerage company that has more than 175 offices in almost 40 states, according to its website. It was founded in 2016 by a team of real estate professionals led by Alma Sofia Logan, broker and owner of RE/MAX Real Estate Associates. Each office is independently owned, operated and licensed. There are currently six offices in New Jersey, in Hackensack, Sayreville, West Orange, Edison, Phillipsburg and now Fair Lawn.
