Levin Management Corp. experiences growth

Levin Management Corp. was named managing agent for Eatontown Plaza, a 183,000-square-foot retail property located along Route 36 just east of Route 35 in Eatontown.

The commercial real estate services firm won a multi-property assignment on behalf of a new client, adding more than 700,000 square feet in the Garden State to the company's oversight in addition to a 29-property triple net leased portfolio.

870 Palisades Ave. in Teaneck is a triple-net-leased medical office property and a part of The Riverside Medical Office Portfolio, which houses the Riverside Medical Group, a part of Optum and a subsidiary of United Healthcare.

CBRE arranged the sale of Riverside Medical Office Portfolio, which includes assets located in Voorhees, Lyndhurst and Teaneck.
