Gilmartin and McGuire both joined Tanenbaum Keale in June 2017, after the firm’s launch the previous January.
Gilmartin has been a litigator for over 20 years, working in matters such as asbestos, construction and pharmaceutical litigation. McGuire focuses her practice on product liability as well as environmental and toxic tort litigation, and has over 15 years of experience also focused on defending large companies such as pharmaceutical and medical device companies in complex litigation.
Okpewho-Fadahunsi joined Tanenbaum Keale when the firm was created with 34 other attorneys and staff from Segdewick LLP’s Newark office. She has over 15 years of experience litigating product liability, environmental and toxic tort cases, as well as experience defending media corporations, advertising agencies and product manufacturers in intellectual property, copyright and trademark infringement, false advertising, right of publicity misappropriation and unfair competition claims.
