TD Bank has named Judy Dinn chief information officer, responsible for technology strategy, planning, and delivery for the bank, according to a Nov. 16 announcement.
Dinn has been with Cherry Hill-based TD since 2020. She joined as TD Bank Group’s chief architect and CIO of U.S. credit cards, and before joining the bank, she was the CIO of credit cards at JPMorgan Chase in the U.S.
She has more than two decades of experience as a technology executive in financial services and previously held roles at Canada-based global banks RBC, CIBC, and BMO.
“Judy is an exceptional technology leader with deep expertise in retail banking and wealth management and a proven track record of leading technology integrations and transformations,” said TD Bank President and CEO Greg Braca in a statement. “Judy has a passion for supporting women in technology, is known for building strong technical teams, and is recognized for her ability to deliver innovative strategies that drive business results. I look forward to Judy joining my Management Committee and working closely with her as we continue to enhance our technology capabilities in support of a better customer experience.”
Dinn will report to Braca and to Greg Keeley, CIO at TD Bank Group.
