TD Bank has named Judy Dinn chief information officer, responsible for technology strategy, planning, and delivery for the bank, according to a Nov. 16 announcement.
Dinn has been with Cherry Hill-based TD since 2020. She joined as TD Bank Group’s chief architect and CIO of U.S. credit cards, and before joining the bank, she was the CIO of credit cards at JPMorgan Chase in the U.S.
She has more than two decades of experience as a technology executive in financial services and previously held roles at Canada-based global banks RBC, CIBC, and BMO.

Dinn will report to Braca and to Greg Keeley, CIO at TD Bank Group.
