Team Resources brokers leases throughout NJ

Team Resources David Cantor and Greg Sholom announced they brokered the lease of 65,762 square feet of space in Wood Ridge owned by JRMA Holding LLC to Cathay Home, a leading manufacturer and distributor of soft home textile products.

Meanwhile, David Knapel brokered the lease of a 20,000-square-foot area in Passaic owned by Passaic Industrial Properties to Clifton Associates Inc., a privately owned fabric company.

The group at Team Resources also announced that Otto Tile renewed their 24,600-square-foot lease at 100 Riser Road in Little Ferry through Eric Lewin. Team Resources represented the tenant and David Aboudi of Aboudi Realty represented the landlord in the transaction.

Total Ink Solutions renewed their 18,000-square-foot lease at 200 S. Newman St. in Hackensack through Eric Lewin.

Jeff Volpi and Eric Lewin also completed a lease of 13,100 square feet at 815 Fairview Ave. in Fairview to Space Age Inc., an importer and distributor of scarves and accessories.

Steve Ulin brokered a lease of 11,000 square feet to Universal Supply Group Inc. at 300-3 Route 17 in Lodi. Universal Supply Group is a distributor of heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment and parts, with facilities throughout the state.

Lyndhurst-based Team Resources represented both the tenant and landlord in all the above transactions unless otherwise noted.
