Greg Sholom, Ron Sholom and David Cantor, of the commercial real estate brokerage, represented the landlord for the leased space at 170 Passaic St. Henkels & McCoy was represented by Paris Realty.

Lyndhurst-based Team Resources also announced the completion of two leases for L&W Supply Corp.

Senior Executive Vice President Eric Lewin completed the deals, which included a renewal for about 32,000 square feet in South Hackensack and an additional approximate 32,000 square feet at 25 Empire Blvd., adjacent to the current location, on behalf of the building materials distributor.

Team Resources represented L&W with NAI James E. Hanson representing the landlord, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
