Team Resources said Thursday that Team members brokered several lease deals in various parts of the Garden State.
Vice President David Knapel along with Chief Executive Officer David Cantor and President Greg Sholom brokered a long-term lease of 73,310-square-feet in Somerset with Histrong America, a manufacturer of vinyl flooring.
Located at 50 Jiffy Road the property is a single-story, single tenancy building featuring 10 loading docks, a drive-in dock and 20-foot ceilings.
“Histrong, moved some production to the U.S. from China in order to be able to be more responsive to its expanding North American customer base,” said Knapel.
Team Resources represented the tenant in this transaction, while Charles Fern of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.
Meanwhile, Executive Vice President Eric Lewin Sr. brokered a lease renewal at 21-25 Riverside Drive in Pinebrook for two spaces totaling just over 27,000-square-foot of warehouse space to TeaWolf LLC, a natural-based extract company supporting the food, beverage and nutritional supplement industries. In this transaction, Team represented the tenant while Scott Deutchman of American Properties represented the landlord.
Also brokered by Lewin, this time with Stacey Wellins, was a 10,000-square-foot building at 277 Lodi St. in Hackensack, to Micropack Inc., an appliance distributor.
“The building’s close proximity to highways made this property a logical choice for Micropack,” said Lewin. Team represented the landlord in this transaction while Alex Yim of Kingstone Realty represented the tenant.
Property highlights include 800-square-foot of office space, 15-foot ceilings, a loading dock and off-street parking.
