Team Resources celebrates 26 deals in Q2

Team Resources Inc. on Wednesday announced an impressive second quarter of business.
The Lyndhurst-based commercial real estate brokerage leased over 500,000 square feet of space with a net aggregate value of more than $18 million and sold over 250,000 square feet of space worth more than $15 million.
Notable lease transactions, among the 26 deals signed, include a seven-year lease renewal of 79,000 square feet in Secaucus by Greg Sholom and David Cantor; a seven-year lease of 43,000 square feet in Moonachie by Alex Rosenberg, Cantor and Sholom; a five-year lease renewal of 37,500 square feet in Carlstadt through Avi Weisberger, Sholom and Cantor; and a seven-year lease of 25,000 square feet in Belleville through Mike Liu.
Sales of note include 160,000 square feet in Belvidere by Team’s Ed Schein and Jeff Fulton, who also sold a 74,000-square-foot property in Linden to Suburban Properties. And, an 18,000-square-foot property in Carlstadt sold by Cantor and Sholom to SG Industrial Acquisitions.
