Paramus-based retail real estate brokerage firm The Goldstein Group announced Monday it has placed Bloomingdale’s Furniture Outlet in Wayne.“This freestanding building, with its prominent position and visibility in the heart of the Route 46 Wayne market, will provide Bloomingdale’s with a prime location,” Chuck Lanyard, president of The Goldstein Group, said in a prepared statement.
The furniture outlet fills a 50,000-square-foot space on Route 46 which was formerly occupied by PC Richards, the firm said. Adjacent tenants include Sears, Kohl’s, Macy’s, Marshalls, Willowbrook Mall, Fairway Market, David’s Bridal, Home Depot, Staples and Costco.
Lew Finkelstein, executive vice president of The Goldstein Group, brokered the transaction on behalf of the owner. Financial terms were not disclosed.
