Paramus-based retail real estate services company The Goldstein Group announced Tuesday it has arranged for Quaker Steak & Lube restaurant to fill a 7,500-square-foot pad site in Edison.According to the announcement, the popular fast-casual restaurant has more than 60 locations throughout the nation. The property, located at the Wick Shopping Plaza in Route 1, is anchored by TJ Maxx and Pathmark.
“We are excited to have represented Quaker Steak & Lube in securing its second New Jersey location,” President Chuck Lanyard said in a prepared statement. “A long standing client of The Goldstein Group, the restaurant owner has extensive restaurant experience throughout the tri-state area as the owner operates numerous Applebee’s and Panera Bread restaurants.”
John Ostrowski, vice president, and Lanyard were responsible for the transaction, the announcement said. Financial terms were not disclosed.
