The Green at Glenpointe is nearing completion of its 22,000-square-foot outdoor corporate destination in northern New Jersey in which tenants and guests can relax, enjoy a meal, or unplug from their desks.
Slated to be completed at the end of August, The Green’s newest upgrades include enhanced Wi-Fi connectivity, stone pathways and multi-tiered patio areas. Also upgraded is the landscaping which includes 2,000 individual plants, 20,000 pounds of natural, locally sourced stone, and 2,000 square feet of sodded lawn.

In addition to The Green, the multi-million-dollar capital improvement plan at Glenpointe includes a renovation of interior common areas and outdoor tenant terraces, the addition of a dedicated management and leasing office, and upgrades to design fixtures and lighting throughout the complex.
Sprawled across a 50-acre campus, Glenpointe offers 650,000 square feet of Class-A office space, and also boasts 700 guest rooms across three on-site hotels. It also offers an array of convenience services and onsite access to public mass transit to New York City. The campus offers an assortment of culinary options and experiences including a cafeteria, a restaurant, a wine bar, a lounge, and Fooda, a pop-up food service that brings top local restaurants directly to Glenpointe so tenants can enjoy new lunch options from a different restaurant each day, Monday through Thursday.
Located at the intersection of Interstate 80 and the New Jersey Turnpike, Glenpointe provides tenants and visitors with easy access to New York City, all local airports and major thoroughfares including the Garden State Parkway, Palisades Interstate Parkway and Routes 4 and 46.
