Toll Brothers on July 1 announced the opening of Village Springs at Montvale, a luxury enclave of modern townhomes in Bergen County.
The national homebuilder says that construction is underway and sales representatives are available daily for private tours of the professionally decorated model home and quick move-in homes.
Homebuyers at Village Springs can choose from three brand new home designs offering three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, two-car garages and more than 3,000 square feet of luxury living space.
