Commercial real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson announced Tuesday that Cambria Automotive Companies has signed a long-term lease for 63,803 square feet of industrial space at 116 Talmadge Road in Edison.Cambria Automotive Companies operates Cambria Trucking Center, which sells and services commercial Mack, Volvo, Peterbilt and Autocar trucks at the location.
Gary P. Sauerborn, NAI Hanson senior vice president, represented Cambria in the lease renewal.
“Cambria has experienced much success at this highly trafficked location,” Sauerborn said. “Additionally, the owner of the property is implementing upgrades to portions of the facility, allowing Cambria to continue to operate a first-class truck sales and servicing business.”
