New Brunswick-based Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas has promoted two attorneys to partner.
Kenneth Cesta joined Hoagland Longo in September 2017 after nearly four years as partner at Bressler, Amery & Ross PC in Florham Park. He is partner in the firm’s commercial litigation and employment groups. He has amassed nearly two decades of experience representing employers in state and federal court matters involving discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, whistleblower claims, workplace harassment, FMLA claims, restrictive covenants, and related internal investigations.
Jason Gosnell joined Hoagland Longo in November 2010 after two years at Weinstock Zecler & Co. Law Offices in Tel Aviv. He is now a partner in the firm’s transactional department. He has over 15 years of experience representing businesses, government agencies, non-profit organizations, and individuals, both in the United States and abroad. A generalist, he practices transactional law, general litigation, immigration law, appellate advocacy, administrative law and tenders, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
