Russo Development announced Thursday that two of its long-standing commercial tenants have renewed their leases in Carlstadt.The developer, also located in Carlstadt, said in a news release that Coach, Inc., has extended its lease of 65,090 square feet of office and warehouse space at 410 Commerce Boulevard. In addition, Fidelity National Information Services extended its lease of 28,975 square feet of office space at 400 Commerce Boulevard.
“It is a hallmark of Russo to attract and retain quality tenants,” said Michael Pembroke, executive vice president of Russo Development, who represented Russo in-house for both transactions. “We strive to provide a superior product matched with first-class customer service in order to satisfy each of our discerning clients and meet their unique real estate needs.”
Russo said Coach has been a tenant since 1990 and Fidelity has been a tenant since 2005.
Coach was represented in the renewal by CBRE Vice Chairman Greg Tosko, along with Matthew Corpuel and Kevin Dudley. Fidelity was represented in its transaction by Bo Hoban of Orion Realty Group and Peter Rossi of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.
