United Water names Coscia as board chairman

United Water, of Harrington Park, a nationwide providers of water services, announced today its board of directors has elected Anthony Coscia to be its chairman.According to the announcement, Coscia recently was elected chairman of Amtrak’s board of directors, on which he has served since June 2010, and also has served as chairman of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and chairman of the Economic Development Authority.
Coscia is a partner at the law firm of Windels, Marx, Lane & Mittendorf LLP, with a practice focusing on corporate, commercial and real estate matters.
