Updated WCRE leases Cherry Hill office space

Wolf Commercial Real Estate announced Friday that it had leased and marketed 12,604 square feet of office space in a Cherry Hill complex.(Editor’s Note: This story was updated at 9:30 a.m. Aug. 21 to include additional details about CBRE’s participation in the transaction.)

Wolf Commercial Real Estate announced Friday that it had leased and marketed 12,604 square feet of office space in a Cherry Hill complex.

Wolf said in a news release that QMANJ Inc. will take the space in the Colwick Business Center, located on Haddonfield Road. Wolf represented Colwick Property LLC in the deal.

Vice President Dan McGovern of CBRE Group Inc. represented QMA, also known as Quality Management Associates, in its search.

“Colwick Corporate Center was a great opportunity for QMA,” McGovern, who works in the Mount Laurel office, said in a prepared statement. “This location allows them great access to all major arteries in southern New Jersey and enabled QMA to accommodate two new programs that will help them expand their mission to provide innovative community support for people with disabilities.”
