Value Cos. Inc. said July 29 that it is readying to break ground on the final phases at Gateways at Randolph apartment community in Morris County.
When finished, the final phases will deliver 104 two-bedroom homes housed in four residential buildings and a 7,000 square foot clubhouse building with Leasing and Model Center merchandised by Lita Dirks & Co. The new buildings will be constructed in planned stages. The addition of the new apartments will bring the total number of homes at Gateways at Randolph to 1,003, making it one of the largest apartment complexes in New Jersey.

The newest homes at Gateways will provide oversized floorplans ranging from 981 to over 1,100 square feet of upscale living space with eight of these new homes being 2-story 2-bedroom, 2 ½ bath townhomes with their own attached garage. The well-appointed, state-of-the-art interiors will include luxury plank vinyl hardwood-style flooring, kitchens with stainless steel appliances and designer finishes, LED lighting, large master bedroom suites with walk-in closets and an in-unit washer/dryer.
The new buildings have been designed with maintenance-free, eye-catching exteriors to complement and blend with the existing architectural landscape at Gateways at Randolph. Select buildings will provide elevators and parking garages.
The final phases will include the construction of new amenities. To be constructed adjacent to the current fitness center and pool, the new clubhouse will provide an outdoor patio/lounge area and new leasing center with three professionally decorated models. Value also plans to relocate the playground near the new clubroom, establishing a central amenity hub for recreation and social interaction.
