PVH Corp., the parent company of Heritage Brands, which includes Izod and Van Heusen, will be closing its 162 outlet stores and reducing its office workforce by about 450 workers or 12 percent.
PVH Corp. has an office in Bridgewater. It’s also the parent company of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein.
The workforce reductions, which are across all three brand businesses and corporate functions, and are expected to result in annual cost savings of approximately $80 million, the company announced.
There are Izod and Van Heusen outlet stores in Tinton Falls, Jackson, Green Brook, Elizabeth, Gloucester, Lafayette and Atlantic City.
They will continue to operate through mid-2021.
