Vantage Commercial secured another two successful leases, this time at Centrum Shoppes in Cherry Hill Township, the real estate brokerage announced on May 21. Both tenants are expected to open in the fall of 2021.
Vantage Commercial Director of Client Services Monica Walsh worked closely with both tenants as well as Matthew Rettner, owner of Centrum Shoppes, to create a strong tenant mix for the center’s growth.

Haddonfield Fitness & Ride Cycle Studio will occupy one of the spaces at Centrum Shoppe. Lainey Gallagher, owner and director, has over 30 years as a fitness coach. In Cherry Hill, she will continue the Haddonfield Fitness & Ride Cycle Studio tradition of a friendly, convenient, variety-based work-out. “Working with Monica from Vantage was a very smooth and seamless process from start to finish. She is a true professional in her field. Her frequent updates, guidance, call-ins, and ability to quickly problem solve issues made my overall experience very pleasurable. I’d definitely recommend working with her,” Gallagher stated.
Silky Skin Studios, a waxing center and facial bar, will occupy the other vacancy in the center. “Monica has been a pleasure to work with! As somebody who has never gone through the process of looking at properties, she made me feel so comfortable! Every question I had she was either able to answer herself or pointed me in the direction of how to get my answer. I would recommend her to everybody I know!” said owner Karla D’Ambrosio.
Located on the border of Cherry Hill and Haddonfield Townships, the new tenants join a diverse roster of co-tenants already operating in the shopping center including Arnie’s Butcher & Gourmet Shop, 1-800-Flowers, A Beautiful Touch Bridal, Fashion Square Youngs Nail Salon, Jay Asian Bistro, The Ice Cream Parlour and Yi’s Karate.
