Tuscan Village in Washington Township. – VANTAGE COMMERCIAL
Vantage Commercial said on May 14 it secured two leases at Tuscan Village in Washington Township, both expected to open in the summer of 2021.
Director of Client Services Monica Walsh and Senior Advisor Corinne Giletto worked closely with both tenants, as well as Tuscan Village owner Donna Guzzo, to facilitate both transactions.
Electric Venom Tattoo Parlor will occupy 1,500 square feet within the Village. Owner Adam Pietras worked closely with Walsh who worked to find him a property in a thriving business corridor.
Mohammad Manasara, owner of Mana’s Sandwich Shop, will open his first location at Tuscan Village in the coming months. The new outlet will serve gourmet burgers and sandwiches with a healthy twist.
Tuscan Village offers a strategic location along Route 42 offers with access to daily consumer traffic in a high demographic area. It is situated among a densely populated business area with a high daytime employment count. The center boasts high ceilings and is maintained in immaculate condition.
