Vantage Commercial facilitates sale of Pemberton Township building

Cherry Hill-based Vantage Commercial on May 7 announced the sale of the Brown Mills commercial office building in Pemberton Township. Listed for sale by the brokerage in October 2020, and sold in April 2021, the property is conveniently located on heavily trafficked Juliustown Road.

Aran Ploshansky, director of operations, and Ken Richardson, executive director at Vantage Commercial, represented the seller, Jeffrey Appell, in this transaction.
