Cherry Hill-based Vantage Commercial on May 5 announced it secured three new office leases in a newly renovated office building located at 901 Mantua Pike in West Deptford.
The recently acquired property consists of 13,025 square feet of office space spread over two buildings, located at the intersection of Mantua Pike and Griscom Lane. The new tenants include LJ Blush, an esthetician’s office, Berto Construction Incorporated, and a group therapy practice.
Aran Ploshansky, director of operations, and Peter Abdallah, director of client services at Vantage Commercial, worked closely with all parties to facilitate smooth transactions for all three new tenants. Joyner was represented by Mike Gries of Vantage Commercial in her search for a location.
901 Mantua Pike’s strategic location offers easy access to Interstate-295, and Routes 45 and 130. Businesses are choosing 901 Mantua Pike because of the recent beautification of the space, the exposure to daily consumer traffic, and the diverse variety of nearby service retailers and health care providers.
