Vantage Commercial inks new retail lease in Haddon Heights

Vantage Commercial announced Sept. 30 that it secured another successful retail lease, this time at Plaza 500 located at 507 Black Horse Pike in Haddon Heights.

Plaza 500 is a centrally located shopping mall with excellent visibility and signage. Situated on the heavily traveled Black Horse Pike, the center is in close proximity to Interstate 295 and Routes 76 and 30.

The new tenant, Irie Mon Jamaican Restaurant and Take-out, joins a diverse roster of co-tenants including Klassy Nails, Always Available Locksmith, and Cutting Room Hair Care.

Monica Walsh, director of client services, and Mike Gries, sales associate at Vantage Commercial, worked closely with ownership and the tenant to facilitate a smooth transaction.

For her part, Winsome Douglas, owner of Irie Mon Jamaican Restaurant and Take-out, was pleased with both Vantage and the prospect of bringing a diverse new flavor to the center. “Working with Vantage was a great experience.
