Vantage Commercial said July 8 it inked a new office lease at Cherry Tree Corporate Center, a Class A building located at 535 Route 38 in Cherry Hill.
HomeServices Insurance, a wholly-owned subsidiary of HomeServices of America Inc., an affiliate of Berkshire Hathaway, will relocate to a 5,619-square-foot space that is being fully renovated to meet its needs.

Monica Walsh, director of client services at Vantage Commercial, worked with Berk & Berk at Cherry Tree LLC, the landlord, to negotiate a favorable deal for both parties.
