Vantage Real Estate Services said Friday it inked a successful retail lease for a specialty bakery at Liberty Town Center in Sicklerville.

Located at 412 Sicklerville Road, Liberty Town Center is a popular location for restaurateurs as it is situated within a high residential population and located within minutes from the Atlantic City Expressway and Routes 322 and 42.

Vantage RES Sales Associate Nick Liggio and Senior Advisor Corinne Giletto worked closely with shop owner and designer Ivory Edwards to locate a space for her pastry bistro, Dessert Soiree. Vantage also worked with Matthew Guzzo, owner of Liberty Town Center, to facilitate a smooth transaction for the bakery’s location.

“Nick and Corinne were very attentive throughout the entire process. This is the first retail lease signed during the COVID-19 pandemic in my centers. The bakery will be a great compliment to the existing businesses and retail tenants, especially the restaurants. We look forward to signing a lease in our last available medical/office space in the center,” Guzzo stated.
