Vantage RES represented Tripp Sound LLC in the relocation of its warehouse and offices with the signing of a long-term lease for warehouse space in the Moorestown West Corporate Center.
Located at 102 Commerce St. in Moorestown, the new industrial space will allow Tripp Sound to better service clients in South Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania as it is conveniently located within minutes of the Betsy Ross Bridge and is in close proximity to Routes 130, 73, and Interstate 295.
Mike Gries, advisor, and Peter Abdallah, director of client services, at Vantage RES represented Tripp Sound with this transaction. Gries and Abdallah worked closely with Jonathan “Tripp” McMillon and Allison McMillon to find and secure a location that addressed Tripp Sound’s unique requirements.
