Vermella East opening marks Russo’s 3rd luxury apartment complex in Kearny

The opening of Vermella East at Hudson Pointe, Russo Development’s third luxury apartment community in Kearny, marks the introduction of a new brand for the historic Passaic Avenue industrial corridor.

Leasing for the 268-unit Vermella East at Hudson Pointe is now available for August move-ins.

The transformation takes the former Bat Factory into one of northern New Jersey’s most compelling retail and residential districts. In-person visits as well as the virtual leasing are available for showing.

Studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments feature gourmet kitchens with energy-efficient appliances, custom cabinets, quartz countertops, 9-foot ceilings, spacious floorplans, ample storage space, in-home washer-dryers, and smart locks.
