Vision Real Estate Partners appoints SVP

Vision Real Estate Partners has appointed David J. Iacobucci as senior vice president, it announced Friday.The Mountain Lakes-based real estate firm said in a prepared statement that Iacobucci, who has 25 years of real estate industry experience, was most recently managing director at a regional industrial development firm.

“David brings an established, successful track record of identifying and realizing value in a wide range of commercial real estate projects,” Sam Morreale, Vision Real Estate Partners’ founder and managing partner, said in a prepared statement. “His well-rounded experience working in both institutional and entrepreneurial environments makes him a strong asset for our company at a time of significant growth.”

Iacobucci has also held several leadership roles two major regional banks, another real estate firm and an institutional real estate investment banking firm, Vision Real Estate Partners said.

“I look forward to helping the team find and leverage opportunities that fit the company’s expansion strategy and core competencies,” Iacobucci said in a prepared statement.
