Vision Real Estate secures Parsippany lease for insurance company relocation

Vision Real Estate Partners on Wednesday announced that full-service insurance company New Agency Partners (NAP) is relocating to Parsippany.

NAP, a member of the Hilb Group, will occupy 6,600 square feet in a Class A, modern hospitality-inspired workplace located at Northpoint at 20 Waterview. The insurance company is relocating to the space in April 2020 from 99 Cherry Hill Road in Parsippany.

Resource Realty represented NAP in the transaction, while Colliers represented Vision.

NAP will lease space on the fourth floor of the property where Vision recently completed a multi-million-dollar capital improvement program that included a redesign of the building’s lobby, amenities and common areas.

In addition, private phone booths and collaborative work areas with WiFi and power ports complement the work environment. These newly added amenities and renovations help optimize employee productivity by providing an atmosphere that supports a balanced work-play environment.

Northpoint at 20 Waterview is in a desirable location that offers walkability to the highly anticipated Waterview Marketplace. The property offers easy access to major highways including Routes 24, 78 and 46.
