Vonage consolidates services to offer single customer support source

Holmdel-based Vonage on Tuesday announced an integration of its Vonage Contact Center (VCC) and Vonage Business Communications (VBC) bringing together everything needed for communication on one flexible cloud platform.

Vonage says the single communications suite and integrated experience can help businesses optimize communications with customers and improve their internal collaboration, customize their experience and maximize productivity.

Vonage said it is the only cloud communications company that can deliver a truly unified, end-to-end communication experience because it owns the entire stack, from Unified Communications to Contact Centers, to APIs and AI.
