Ware Malcomb moves to iconic Newark office building

Design firm, Ware Malcomb relocated to its expanded space at the iconic Ironside Newark building.

The move to the new, and larger, office space at 110 Edison Place was driven by the growth of its local employee and client base, as well as the opportunity to be closer to clients in a growth market.

JLL served as broker and was instrumental in the site selection process for Ware Malcomb.

“Ware Malcomb’s Newark office will provide us with an ideal regional growth platform, offering the best opportunities to recruit new talent and expand our business in this exciting city,” said Michael Bennett, principal of Ware Malcomb. “We are proud to be at the forefront of a growing trend to be a part of Newark’s revitalization. Our new office location meets all of our business objectives and is an ideal fit for our company culture.”

Ware Malcomb’s Newark office incorporates workplace strategy, the latest in interior design trends, as well as the firm’s own design standards. The color palette, finishes and materials reflect the Ware Malcomb brand colors of vibrant orange with white and grey accents.

“We designed our Newark office with an emphasis on collaboration to create an inspiring space for our clients and team members alike,” said Marlyn Zucosky, director of Interior Architecture & Design for Ware Malcomb’s Newark and Princeton offices. “Being part of Ironside Newark provides our team members with a modern workplace and an attractive office and retail destination.”

Ware Malcomb also maintains offices in the region in Princeton and New York.
