WCRE recently announced two industrial lease deals in South Jersey.
Marking the third lease transaction it’s handled for Wharton Industrial Partners at its location in Cherry Hill, WCRE said it exclusively represented the firm in a renewal of 31,350 square feet of office and flex space with Fiserv at 2091 Springdale Road in Cherry Hill.
Senior Vice President Sean Kelly exclusively represented the landlord in the deal.
According to WCRE, Wharton purchased the infill property in July 2021 from Davis Enterprises. It is less than a five-minute drive from the New Jersey Turnpike, Interstate 295, and Routes 70 and 73.
In Egg Harbor Township, WCRE represented Stellar Industrial Supply in a lease for 13,125 square feet of warehouse space at 10 Canale Drive from 10 Canale Drive Associates LLC.
Vice President Ryan Barikian represented the tenant and landlord in this transaction.
The industrial property boasts approximately 26,250 square feet of space situated on about 2.5 acres. It will be used to distribute industrial supply products, like DeWalt and Kimberly Clark, according to WCRE.
The location offers immediate access to the Atlantic City Expressway and Garden State Parkway, and is near The Atlantic City Airport.
