WCRE announced the sale of an 83,000-square-foot office building in Camden County on June 30.
The firm represented the seller, 900 Haddon Avenue LLC, in the transaction for the property located at 900 Haddon Ave. in Collingswood.
Neither financial terms nor the buyer were disclosed.
According to WCRE, new ownership has plans to immediately undertake a major renovation at the property, which is located in front of Collingswood’s PATCO high-speed line stop. The firm added that the buyer has been successful with similar endeavors elsewhere in the state, and is “excited to begin the transformation of this property.”
Executive Vice President Evan Zweben and Vice President Ryan Barikian exclusively represented the seller in this transaction.
WCRE said the sale adds to its growing number of successful investment and 1031 exchange transactions across the South Jersey and Philly region, like a March sale that saw a fully leased Marlton property change hands.
