WCRE announces sale of warehouse property in Riverton

WCRE announced the sale of a 4,000-square-foot industrial building in Riverton.The warehouse property, located at 601 Lippincott Road, was sold by DJ Enterprises to 601 Lippincott LLC.

Leor Hemo, executive vice president at WCRE, and Chris Henderson, senior associate, represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
