WCRE brokers two Cherry Hill leases

Wolf Commercial Real Estate said Tuesday it has brokered two more leases at the Colwick Business Center in Cherry Hill.The Wolf team of Leor Hemo and Jason Wolf represented Endurance Real Estate Group, LLC, the owner, on the two deals:

South Jersey Behavioral Health Resources, Inc., took 7,994 square feet; Scott Martin of Markeim Chalmers represented the tenant.

MorphoTrust USA, Inc., took 2,600 square feet; Julie Kronfeld of NAI Mertz represented the tenant.
