WCRE completes 22,000-square-foot South Jersey industrial sale

An industrial sale in South Jersey will see a company relocate its distribution warehouse to Burlington County from Long Island, N.Y., according to WCRE.

On Nov. 8, WCRE said it exclusively represented Snacky Ventures LLC in the sale of an approximately 22,000-squre-foot flex industrial building to ESTI Warehouse.

WCRE Senior Advisor Sean Kelly represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction. The purchase price was not disclosed.

With 19,500 square feet of industrial/warehouse space and 2,500 square feet of office space, 2 Surrey Lane in Cinnaminson sits on about 1.8 acres, WCRE said, with direct access to Routes 130 and 90.

The location is also near to the Betsy Ross and Tacony Palmyra bridges.

According to WCRE, the sale represents an expansion of the firm’s successful industrial transactions in the region.

In September, the firm completed a sale of an approximately 35,000-square-foot multi-purpose building in Blackwood, and last month it secured a lease for Bancroft in Moorestown.
