WCRE said Sept. 10 that it exclusively represented Washington Township Real Estate Associates LLC in the marketing of 501 Black Horse Pike in Blackwood to M&J Holdings LLC, a subsidiary of Vision Solar.
501 Black Horse Pike is an approximately 35,000-square-foot multi-purpose building situated on 5 acres, directly on the heavily traveled Black Horse Pike just off Route 42 and The Atlantic City Expressway.
Vision Solar will utilize this property as its new corporate headquarters for its rapidly growing national solar platform.
Seller Washington Township Real Estate Associates LLC utilized the location for one of many local, former gyms it owned/operated in conjunction with the Jefferson Health System (formerly Kennedy Health Systems).
WCRE Vice President Ryan Barikian represented the buyer, while WCRE Senior Advisor Mike Scanzano represented the seller in this transaction.
