The facility provides direct access to Routes 54/206 and is a quarter mile from the Atlantic City Expressway, providing easy access to Atlantic City and Philadelphia.
According to a Dec. 19 announcement, the new owner is “adding to his growing real estate portfolio and providing much needed flex space to the area.” The sale of this property joins WCRE’s list of successful industrial transactions in South Jersey.
