WCRE announced the sale of an approximately 25,000 square foot flex industrial building at the end of last week.
The full-service commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm said it represented Springdale Property Partners LLC in the sale of 2096 Springdale Road in Cherry Hill to New 2096 Springdale LLC.
Vice President Sean Kelly represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The property sits on just over 2 acres. According to WCRE, under new ownership it will be used for pharmaceutical purposes.
