WCRE reps buyer, seller in deal for Camden County flex space

WCRE said Nov. 19 it exclusively represented KSG Pennsauken 6710 LLC in the acquisition of flex/warehouse space in Camden County.
KSG purchased the 15,000-square-foot investment property at 6170 Westfield Ave. in Pennsauken from Spectrum Realty LLC in a move WCRE said would boost the buyer’s existing industrial portfolio.
Senior Vice President Lee Fein and Vice President Ryan Barikian represented both the buyer and seller in this transaction.
According to WCRE, KSG made the purchase due to the property’s existing, long-term lease, and its premier location: offering proximity to Routes 130 and 73 and the Betsy Ross Bridge into Philadelphia.
At the beginning of the month, WCRE announced another industrial sale in South Jersey that will see a company relocate its distribution warehouse from Long Island, N.Y.
