Adding to the firm’s growing number of flex transactions in the region, on Dec. 2, WCRE announced the sale of 460 Black Horse Pike in Blackwood.
Bernhardt Enterprises, the seller, was represented by the full service commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The property, which provides direct access to Route 168 with proximity to Route 42, is an approximately 23,000-square-foot flex building. According to WCRE, it offers 16,000 square feet of industrial/warehouse space and 7,000 square feet of office/retail space.
WCRE Senior Advisor Mike Scanzano represented both the unnamed buyer and the seller in this transaction.
