Weichert Commercial renews 159,000-square-foot industrial lease

The Morris Plains office of Weichert Commercial Brokerage Inc. announced today it has renewed a 159,000-square-foot lease at an Edison industrial location. The property is at Heller Industrial Park, 45 Saw Mill Pond Road. Financial terms were not disclosed.According to the announcement, the building is a single-story warehouse built in 1998. Weichert Senior Vice President Anthony Baseil represented the tenant, Apparel Distribution Inc., a warehouse and logistics company. The space serves as its corporate headquarters.
