Weinstein
Alyssa Weinstein has joined Scarinci Hollenbeck in Red Bank as a member of the firm’s labor and employment, and government and education law practice groups.
Weinstein comes from Purcell, Mulcahy & Flanagan LLC in Bedminster, where she was partner for over 15 years. During her tenure there, she defended public school boards, school administrators, charter schools and private businesses in cases involving employer liability, employment discrimination, whistleblower retaliation, student civil rights and constitutional claims, School Ethics Commission complaints, and more.
As part of her government and education law practice, Weinstein will focus on special education law.
