The firm represented a partnership of CHT Group principals and Jaime Weiss to iStar Realty LLC.

“We recognized the property’s flexible zoning, making the building ideally suited for a variety of uses, and the buildings visibility and accessibility on busy Route 80, coupled with Pine Brook’s outstanding infrastructure created a good buying opportunity,” Matthew Weiss said. “We were able to complete the sale quickly”

The property is located on 10.43 acres at 34 Maple Ave. The firm said it includes a full-service cafeteria, 550 car-parking units and near access to Interstate 80.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Greg Sabato and Scott Peck of Resource Realty represented the buyer in the transaction.
