Through a cooperation between the Downtown West Orange Alliance and the Township of West Orange, the town officially launched the West Orange App.
Launched May 23, the town-wide app is one of only five in New Jersey. It will provide information about businesses, events, latest happenings and more. It will also feature app-only discounts for West Orange businesses.
“We are thrilled to introduce the West Orange app as yet another way, in addition to our website, social media, and monthly newsletters, that everyone can stay up to date on everything West Orange and beyond,” said Megan Brill, DWOA executive director.

- Deals
- Available parking locations
- News, updates and alerts
- User profiles
- Directory of all current, registered businesses
“This app is a great tool for visitors to discover our many dining options and businesses, and for residents to keep informed on the latest township developments and information,” said West Orange Councilman Michelle Casalino.
“We encourage everyone who lives in, works in and visits and enjoys the Downtown and the West Orange area to download this app for real-time updates on all that is West Orange,” said Brill.
The app is available for download on all major app stores for iOS and Android.
